The Final Deliverable
The final deliverable for these types of studies is typically a Findings & Conclusions presentation given to the product team with a significant amount of time devoted to questions and answers with the team. Whenever possible, we provide design recommendations that would help correct or minimize identified user experience issues. If desired, a written findings report and DVD of relevant and interesting video clips from research sessions can also be created. Clients can choose which deliverables would be most helpful for them.
